Іслам: В ісламі існує поняття "амана", що означає довіреність або відповідальність. За ісламськими принципами, лідери та правителі (каліфи, султани, еміри) мають бути чесними, справедливими та дбати про добробут свого народу. Вони відповідають перед Аллахом за виконання своїх обов'язків. В той же час, усі люди, незалежно від свого соціального становища, мають виконувати свої обов'язки та діяти відповідно до принципів ісламу.
