Ответ:Тарілка здорового харчування складається з чотирьох груп продуктів:

50% — овочі, зелень, фрукти та ягоди;

25% — складні/повільні вуглеводи: зерна, крупи, хліб, паста, крохмалисті коренеплоди.

20% — білок: яйця, птиця, риба, морепродукти, субпродукти, бобові та жири — насіння, горіхи, олії.

5% — молочні продукти або їх рослинні альтернативи. Один – два продукти без доданого цукру на день.
