Last week, I caught a cold in the head. At first, I thought it was just a minor irritation, but the symptoms quickly worsened. My throat was sore and I had a headache. I decided to visit a therapeutist, who measured my temperature and blood pressure. Both were elevated. The therapeutist prescribed me some medicine and advised me to keep my bed for a few days.
At home, I took the medicine and tried to rest, but my temperature remained high. I started to gargle with warm salt water to soothe my throat. Fortunately, after a few days, the medicine began to take effect and my temperature slowly started to come down. I continued to stay in bed for a few more days until I felt better.
Yesterday, I went to the chemist's shop to get a follow-up check-up. The therapeutist measured my temperature again, and this time it had returned to normal. I was glad to hear that, and I'm grateful for the help of the therapeutist and the medicine.
