2. It rarely rains in Sahara. It is even less common for it to rain in the Gobi desert.
3. Both boys, Alan and John, are friendly and reliable friends.
4. Kate is clever with languages, while Liz doesn't possess any foreign language skills.
5. Cats are not as noisy as dogs.
6. Mark was clever enough to make only a few mistakes in his test, while Bob was even more clever, making even fewer mistakes in that Maths test.
