Portfolio: Use the instructions below 5 to act out a dialogue about sending an SMS. Use the dialogue in Ex. 3 as a model. Record yourselves.
•switch on your mobile phone
• go to the menu on your phone
•choose MESSAGES select CREATE MESSAGE. •select NEW TEXT MESSAGE
•write your SMS
•select SEND TO

Cathy: Mark, do you have a minute?
Mark:Sure.
Cathy:Can you help me send an email?
Mark:No problem. First turn on your computer.
Cathy: All right.
Mark:Now connect to the Internet. Then access your email account.
Cathy:Got it! What's next?
Mark:Click on 'Create a message' and type your message in. When you finish, click on 'Send'.
Cathy:Is that all?
Mark: It isn't difficult. Don't forget to include the email address of the person you are sending it to!

Person 2: Select NEW TEXT MESSAGE and write your SMS. When you're finished, select SEND TO.

Person 1: Okay, I've written my message. How do I send it?

Person 2: Select the mobile number of the person you're sending the text message to and press SEND.

Person 1: That's it?

Person 2: Yes, it's that simple. Just make sure you select the correct number and double-check your message before sending it.
