ardelyananastasiyads: В начале, если мы не знаем фамилию человека, надо писать "Dear sir or madam" и "your fainthfully" в конце. А если мы знаем фамилию, то в начале надо писать "Dear Mr/Mrs..." и "your sincerely" в конце
Alaska2018: так якщо ти знаєш, навіщо тобі знадобилася відповідь на брейнлі? В завданні прописано, що потрібно надіслати лист компанії по причині браку товару. Онлайн листи пишуть для певної компанії, а не для однієї людини, оскільки контакти на сайтах продажу є контактами підтримки. Не дуже зрозумів до чого саме ти тут причепився.
