After that, mix flour, salt and baking powder, sift into the milk-egg mixture. Mix so that a homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained.
It is not necessary to grease the frying pan, it must be dry.
1 pancake requires 2 tbsp. l. dough, pour into the pan and wait for bubbles to appear. and turn the pancake over.
