Spring salad.
You need:  
some slices of cucumbers and tomatoes, some spring onion and some brynza (брынза).
Wash all the vegetables, slice them. Slice brynza.
Put all these pieces in the plate. Mix everything and oil the mixture, then salt the salad. Enjoy!
