These exercises are too difficult. (The original sentence is saying that the exercises are not easy enough, so the opposite would be "too difficult".)

The Formula 1 car is too slow. (The original sentence is saying that the car is not fast enough, so the opposite would be "too slow".)

Ted is tall enough to join the army. (The original sentence is saying that Ted is the right height, so there is no opposite needed. However, you could say "not short enough" if you wanted to express the opposite idea.)

It was too cold for it to snow. (The original sentence is saying that it wasn't the right temperature, so the opposite would be "too cold".)
