Customer: No, we don't. Do you have any available tables?

Waiter: Of course. How many are in your party?

Customer: There are four of us.

Waiter: Great, right this way. Here are your menus. Can I start you off with some drinks?

Customer: Yes, we'll have four glasses of water to start.

Waiter: Certainly. And do you need a few minutes to look over the menu

Customer: Yes, please. Thank you.

(waiter comes back after a few minutes)

Waiter: Have you had a chance to decide on your order?

Customer: Yes, we're ready. We'll have the steak, the salmon, the chicken parmesan, and the vegetarian pasta.

Waiter: Great choices. And how would you like your steak cooked?

Customer: Medium rare, please.

Waiter: Excellent. I'll put your order in right away. Your food should be out shortly. Enjoy your meal!
