If your host mom and your friend invited you to their birthday party at the same hour,
what would you do?

Depends on who is a more important person in my life. If it is my friend, I’m going to their party and  I will send my host mother some gifts and wishes instead of showing up at her birthday, perhaps a nice bouquet of flowers or a pretty bracelet could make up for it. If it is possible, I could attend both parties, my friend’s one first and after around 30 minutes I can leave to my host mother’s party. Of course, I will be a bit late, but it’s still better than not showing up at all.

Чисто моё мнение, да и вопрос какой-то странноватый, но да ладно. Думаю, почти всё грамматически должно быть правильно.
