Верба дарує багато корисного, вона позначає, де вода на землі. Криницю конали

під цим деревом. Верба — природний фільтр. Ось чому раніше брали волу під

вербою, та й риба ловилась краще, бо любить чисту воду.

Верба дуже цілюща, використовують кору, гілки. Настій кори понижує

температуру, застосовується при ревматизмі, застуді, головному болю, розладах

шлунка. А ще про вербу складено багато пісень та віршів. Верба це дерево-символ

в Україні.
