I would like to start with the fact that knowing the English language will always come in handy. And this is true, because thanks to the knowledge of the English language, you will be able to perceive more information than others. You will be able to communicate with interesting people and simply surprise everyone else with your knowledge of a foreign language. And if you dream of career growth, then knowing English will be very appropriate.

Knowledge of English increases your opportunities to receive information

We all have our hobbies. It can be scientific research, music, computers, business, sports, etc. Nowadays, mass media, such as the Internet, television, and the press, provide an almost unlimited amount of information on any subject. After all, we live in the information age.

The importance of learning English.

English is an international language, therefore, we can speak English with almost anybody in all four corners of the world. More than fifty countries have this language as an official language and around 400 million people around the world speak English as a first language. Moreover, about two billion people know English at least at a basic level.

Nowadays, many films, books and music are made, written and produced in English correspondingly. We must know English so that we can understand the meaning of it. Obviously, most information is in English in the Internet.

We often go abroad to have some rest. And knowledge of English let us understand a foreigner’s speech. We can order food in restaurant, make a hotel reservation and, actually, avoid the embarrassment of misunderstanding.

I personally learn the English language to be able to understand more information that I can use in my projects. Also I want to understand lyrics of songs, interesting books, brilliant films. In general, I want to understand all the interesting information about things which I like.

All in all, I would like to know English at the advanced level. And I must spend a lot of time on it if I want to know English at that level. The knowledge of English would help me and would make my life easier. And this is my aim which I am trying my best to achieve.
