I had talked to the other sailors but nobody had any idea about how to escape. I decided to go and see Captain Nemo. He had been thinking about our situation for some time, when I spoke to him, he had already decided how to solve the problem and when I suggested something which I hadn't thought of. We will sail under the ice to think about the problem. He had already explored the South Pole,' he said. I had no idea for a moment and realized that we might have to stay underwater for several days. It would be extremely dangerous.
