One of the worst days in my life was the day my father passed away. It was in the morning and I was just back from my jog. My mom told me that my dad had passed away in his sleep.

I was shocked and felt very depressed and miserable. I couldn't believe my dad who always helped me and was my guiding light was gone. I felt lonely and my mom was too sad to comfort me.

It was a tough time for me and it took me awhile to accept my dad's death. But with help from my loved ones, I was able to slowly start healing and moving forward.
