I  have experienced high altitude in various ways. For example, I may have traveled to a high altitude location such as a mountain or hiked to a high altitude. I may have also experienced high altitude while flying in an airplane. At high altitude, I may have felt short of breath or experienced other physical symptoms due to the lower air pressure and lower oxygen levels at high altitude. Overall, the experience of high altitude can vary depending on the individual and their physical condition.

1. i was awake whole night when i was 14 to prepare my exams, because i dont want to fail it, and i prepared in my home

2. i felt very cold when i run from sauna to literally "ice" water, i jumped in it and froze, i did it in summer time, so i will dont get cold in winter

3. i made it in summer too, when i jumped on sport trampoline with big ropes that hold me to charge in sky, that was scary and adrenaline
