My favourite place is a small rural village in Spain called La Cala de Mijas. I went there with my family on a holiday to experience its amazing Mediterranean lifestyle, stunning beaches and perfect climate.

The weather in La Cala de Mijas is perfect - it can get hot during the day but its always cooler than nearby cities. It's a quiet and peaceful village with lots of fig and olive trees, perfect for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. The beaches are beautiful and there's a stunning mountain backdrop with stunning natural rock formations and great views of the Costa del Sol.

During my visit to La Cala de Mijas, I had a great time exploring the area's history and culture. I visited the local artisan market, wandered through the narrow streets of the old town and sampled some delicious traditional tapas. I also enjoyed the many beach activities like swimming, snorkelling and other watersports.

I absolutely love La Cala de Mijas and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, fun and relaxing Spanish holiday.
