honey cake

- We need: 3 tbsp. l. liquid bee honey and the same amount of sugar, 2 eggs, 2 cups flour, 1.5 tsp. baking soda, 600 ml sour cream and half a glass of powdered sugar.

-"Preparation: Beat honey with eggs and sugar with a fork or whisk until smooth. Mix with soda and flour. Bake in a round shape until done. Then cut the resulting honey cake into three, or maybe even four thin cakes. Mix the sour cream and powdered sugar well and spread over the cakes without waiting for them to cool.
