Если уточняется когда конкретно произошло событие (вчера, позавчера, в 1988-ом году, два года назад), то используем Past Simple. А в других случаях - Present Perfect. А вот 5-ое больше как исключение (больше основываюсь на личном опыте, так как слышал именно подобную форму в речи)
