I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and wellbeing. I’m writing to let you know about my career plans after college. Over the last few months, I’ve been analyzing various job opportunities that could potentially be my next step in life. After much deliberation, I’ve decided to pursue either a career in veterinary science or psychology.
With regards to what factors mattered most for me when deciding on a certain career path, the most important aspect for me was my personal satisfaction. Having the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life - whether it be an animal or a human being - is definitively something I am looking for in a job. Money always plays its role but it never felt like an overriding factor for me when making this decision.
