I really love naturе. For me it is the best way to spend time or relax is to go to the sea. I a recommend everyone to occasionally go and swim, but if you don’t have any in your City you can go to the river or a pool, it’s a nice analogue. When i swim I can think or calm down because the sounds of water are relaxing. I’m just sitting on the beach and building sand castles, lay on the sun and relax. I can’t really explain how good is it, but if you’ll have a possibility, I’d recommend you to spend time on the beach
