by the employer, so be ready to answer his/her questions.

B и C (2-ой и 3-ий человек): Вы кандидаты на получение временной работы. Вы даёте интервью работодателю, так что будьте готовы ответить на его вопросы.

1. In my opinion there is four factors that influence career choices. The first one is your own skills. You won't be a builder if you dont know how to bild. That's why we have to teach and study. The second one is your parents' and friends' opinion. Maybe you can't see a potential that is hiding in you. Your family and your friends can help you. They can even know about you more than yourself. The third factor is opinion of your teachers. I think that someone who teach you knows your methods, knows your positive and negative parts. And the last one in your own wishes, because even if you can build and your parents say that you will be a good builder, and your teachers say that you will be a good builder, it's still depends of your wishes. What potential can be hidden in an employee if he hates his work?
2. Hobbies and interests can be the main part of your career decision. It is easier to teach what you like. You will spend more time, teaching. And you will be a good employee. But if you dont like your work. You won't teach as well as if you like it. You will teach without an interest. You won't be happy while teaching, working that will make you a bad employee.
3. The difference between an aptitude and a skill is huge. An aptitude is something that you can do easy, you dont need to bring efforts and teach it. And a skill is something harder, that you need to teach firstly and bring an effort.
4. Education influence career advancement very much. To work as a builder you need to know how to build, and for you to know how to build you need to teach it. To build is a skill, which needs an effort. An effort to teach, an effort to remember and an effort to work.

B - i don't have friends. But why are you asking that?
C - I have a lot of friends.
A - If you don't have friends it means you won't find a common language with colleagues.
A - And the last question is do you have experience of work?
B - No i don't.
C - Yes i've already worked in several companies.
A - Chan, i decided that you'll take the work!
B - Why?
A - Because Chan is hardworking, educated, experienced, friendly and responsible.
