Its festival Nayrus.(наурыз)It takes place in many countrys,but especially in Kazachstan.

It can be everywhere,in big shops,in places where many people can see this.People ussually do traditional dance.Or try naurys kozhe,sing and visit other peoples home.Like parents,aunties and great-parents home.Naurys is culture festival.It goes because of the sun and moon,they split and go for same time.(12 hours day,12 hours night)
