Who is the most at risk of addition the computers ​

The simple fact that there are so many people who spend their time using computers means that it's not just one group of people who have an increased chance of developing addiction problems. In fact, there are several groups who are especially vulnerable to becoming addicted:

• ​People with mental health issues
• People who work in jobs where they're required to use computers for long periods of time
• Children and teenagers
• Adults who were abused as children
• Anyone who has experienced trauma or abuse during childhood

However, even though these people are at higher risk of addiction, anyone can develop an addiction problem. It doesn't matter how old you are, what gender you are, whether you have a mental illness or not – everyone is equally susceptible to becoming addicted to something. So while it's true that some groups are more likely to struggle with addiction than others, no one is immune.
