Katia: a sandwich. It is prepared my mother for lunch at school. She has done several sandwiches for me
Maxim:  My mum cooks sandwiches  with a sausage and tomatoes. What have you got in your sandwich? 
Kate: I’ve it with a sausage, a  cucumber, tomatoes and cheese. 
Maxim: probably, it’s very tasty, sit down with me, I'll try yours and you’ll try mine?
