Advantages: You can share your ideas with your partners, they can share their ideas with you so your work would contain more ideas. You don't need to do everything by yourself, you share things which should be done wih each other and everybody does different things and your work gets ready more quickly

Disadvantages: You won't be able to do things that you want to do but your partners don't want you to do it, because you want to do something, you need your partners' permission. You have to do your job perfectly because you have the responsibility of the group, you are not working alone
