Language is one of the treasures that are passed down to us from birth . Each country has its own unique and individual language and form of speech.
Language is like an identification for everyone, it defines a person and belonging (for example, to a country, nationality). But knowledge of a language does not automatically make a person a representative of the culture of the language he has learned. That is, a Russian can learn English without ever leaving his homeland, but he will not become an Englishman or an American, just by learning the language, he should say that language is only a tool for understanding other people.
Languages are often victims of manipulation by politicians and society in various independence movements and similar formations of national identity.The language issue is very important nowadays, as people have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and learn other languages and cultures, but you should not put too much hope on the language. As you can see, languages, at least European ones, are just tools for understanding each other.
What does language really give then? Language allows you to understand other people and arouses interest in other cultures. Of course, the national language is a piece of the puzzle called "national culture", but it is far from the largest and not even the most important.
