The weather in Karaganda will be sunny all day. But in the morning it will be cloudy and cold. And at 4 o'clock in the afternoon it will be very hot, namely +24 degrees. When Wednesday comes, it will be very cold. Because at 7 in the morning it will be 4 degrees COLD!!!! I recommend to dress very warmly on Wednesday morning. Because in the morning there will be such an oak tree.
