The programme in which I would like to participate in is a sports programme. I would like to participate in it because I feel like I will gain many benefits from it, such as making my body more fit and more athletic so I can win in the programme. I have been working out for a few years now, and I feel like that quality is a good enough reason to let me participate in this programme. Since I am very motivated, I'm sure that I will succeed.
