Complete the text the past simple from of the verbs in brackets.
Last summer we went (go) on holiday to the south of France. We (stay) on a campsite near the beach and we (not do) much at all - just sunbathing. I (read) a lot of books and it (be) very relaxing. I also (make) a lot of friends. In the evening we (have) pizza together and then (dance) at a local club. One night I (not come) home until very late and my parents asked me, 'Where (you/go)?. When I (tell) them, they (not be) happy, but it was worth it! I hope we go there again next year​

"Where did you go" is correct, it's just you put "where" twice, so it counted it as a mistake

"Weren't happy" is actually correct too. Maybe try to put it as "were not happy"? That might work
