1) I felt the sadness through the text, George was just a father keeping his daughters away from bad things!
2) If I'm Susie I would never have gone to the police, no matter how things are going, my dad is the one I should always trust.
3) If I'm George I would let her see what's going to happen on her if she continues to use drugs and go around with those boys. After she had enough, I would call Susie and tell her if she needs help, and by that I can save my little girl.
4) George is a businessman, spended his childhood working hard to start business and succeeded, he knows how hard it is to start from zero, that's why he wants to let their children be better version of himself and it should be expected that George has zero tolerance with bad things that'll break a person's life (drugs, etc).
Susie is born in a rich family, she gets what she wants and has never seen the dark and cruel side of the world, she has to learn extra things so she has strict schedule and rules on her. It's expected to see her wanting to try out the "troublemaker" identity and doesn't want to follow rules that has been set up on her life.
My point is that Susie has never seen the dark side of the world so she can't be stopped but going deeper in the abyss. For Father George, he couldn't find a way to describe how bad it is going around with those boys and taking drugs.

To Susie:
Why do you think those drugs are good for you
Is listening to your father hard?
Do you regret your decisions?
To George:
If there's a chance that you can do the things all over again how are you going to save your daughter?
How do you think those low-income boys tangled up on your daughter?
Is it sad to see your daughter going downhill for her life?
