Ответ:Виникненню багатопартійної системи в СРСР можна завдячувати таким реформами як : "Гластось" яка була направлена на утворення "вільної преси" та зменшенням державної цензури, Поступову демократизацію КПРС яка мала б перетворити її на справжню партію і конституційну реформу 1988 яка мала на меті запровадити вибори народних депутатів СРСР, і перетворити країну з однопартійної системи на парламентську демократію
