1. Nowadays people do care a lot about a healthy life because they want to live a long and happy life. They want their life to be perfect and everything to be under their control.
2. If we feel bad, it will distract us from the normal act of life. We won’t be able to work actively, or to do anything capable. Otherwise, when we’re ok, everything’s fine.
3. To stay a healthy person people can do sport regularly. Refuse drinking alcohol and avoid smoking. Eat fresh and good food. Personally, I run every morning which helps me to be in feet. And I do lay in bed in time, do not sit in social media for to long at night.
4. Sport is a part of my everyday life. As I already said, I run every day. If I suddenly stop, than there is something definitely wrong with me. It’s became sort of ritual for me. I can’t live without sport. It makes me happy and confident.
5. Except of me, my brother also does sport. It’s not popular, it’s just exist in our family. Though my parent don’t do sport at all. They in work and don’t have time for this.
6. It’s important to exercise every day to be in fit and it disciplines not only the body but also the brain.
7. I do have one bad habit and I’m not proud of this. I’m used to eat fast food and it might be dangerous for my body. It’s unhealthy.
