На мою думку, це висловлювання констатує те, що процвітати, розвиватись та вільно жити може лише той народ, який дотримується законів своєї країни. Адже якщо люди не будуть слідувати законам, процвітатимуть лише кримінальні злочини, що є великою загрозою для всієї нації. Розвиток юридичної професії відіграє вагому роль в історії людства, адже це підтримує правопорядок та мир у всьому світі. У свою чергу її представники можуть забезпечувати "процвітання законів" пропагуванням їх дотримування та своїм чесним прикладом, адже за людьми, які самі слідують тому, що пропонують - буде слідувати вся нація.
