Это связано с избирательным расходованием питательных элементов для каждой культуры.

Объяснение:

у меня есть несколько версий объяснения ответа. Либо это понимать как равномерным расходованием пит веществ (то есть чтобы не было переизбытка каких-то минеральных солей, каждая культура забирает то, что нужно), либо как какую-то выгоду для фермера в плане разнообразия
