There are a lot of healthy habits which you need to follow. If you want to stay healthy, you need to sleep at least 8 hours a day, try to eat good food and spend more time outdoors. Unfortunately, people in my country are very busy during the day and they don't usually follow these habits.
I'd like to recommend three healthy habits. The first one is to go to bed at sunset and to get up at sunrise. The second one is to eat home-made food as often as possible and the third one is to take a walk every day, no matter what the weather is outside. These habits can change people's lives greatly, as after them you will feel fresh active and cheerful.
Eating junk food will make you lazy and weak. You will always have a stomachache and won't feel well.
The most useful food for children is fruit, vegetables, porridge and dairy products.
