P = 2*(15+4) = 38 м
Площадь:
S = 15*4 = 60м²
После изменения сторон 15-4=11 и 4+4=8:
P = 2*(11+8) = 38 м

Вывод: периметр останется прежним, а площадь увеличится на:
88-60 = 28 м²
