Hi Mike, I just found out what you can eat to hang concentration and academic performance. I recently read that different types of fish and fish oil increase the efficiency of the brain, that is, the head will be less loaded from the flow of information, you still need to eat carrots so as not to plant vision and it was easier to concentrate on goals.
