The world is developing these days. It can cause both positive and negative effects on the society and the environment. Lately, human activities and technological progress have caused many problems. These problems can’t be solved by the government of one particular country, because they concern all mankind. They are called global issues.
There are many worldwide problems nowadays and all of them can be categorized as social, environmental, economic, and political.
It may sound unbelievable but in the 21st century, people still don't have equal access to water, food, education, healthcare, and jobs. We call them social problems. These issues are connected with human rights and the quality of life. Poverty, food scarcity, unemployment, pandemic, overpopulation are examples of social problems.
Environmental problems are becoming of great importance in the world nowadays. It is a change in the natural environment as a result of human activity. This is a man-made problem. In other words, they arise as a result of the negative impact of man on nature. Climate change, water pollution, air pollution, plastic pollution are examples of environmental problems.
Human activity and technological progress caused both and problems.
