Chris's house has real problems because of his neighbour. His house willalwayse be compared to the person that lives naearby's house. His house isn't as elegant as his neighbour's house. Also, his neighbour has got nore expensive windows. We can't say whose house is larger, they are almost similar size. As we could see, the garden in Chris's house wasn't big. But if Chris gets the second part of this detached house, he will have the largest house in his town!
