It depends where we live, and what season it is.
When I lived is Florida, which is sunny and warm year round, we wore short pants, tank tops or t-shirts and sandals. Or barefoot. Because the air conditioning was always on, and it was always hot outside, minimal clothing was the norm. We usually went to bed naked.
But here in Michigan, which is warm in summer but cold in winter, it's a little different. We wear the same in summer as in Florida. But in winter, blue genes, a t-shirt under a sweater or sweatshirt and socks. It's usually pretty casual. But because we might have to run to the store, or go outside, we stay dressed. On cold nights, flannel pajamas did the trick.
A friend of mine's family are naturists and nudists. They love to shock me when I come over. His entire family loves to run around the house naked. And his granny wants to give me a big hug every time I stop by. She's 82 and ambushes me every time.
Don't ask me. I don't understand it myself. But it's not a sexual thing from what they tell me anyway. Who am I to criticize what free men and women want to do with their freedom? But it's hard not to turn beet red when you are sitting in their living room with granny, my friends brother and sister, and his brothers kids all running around naked as j- birds. I'm a prude, I know.
When it was just me and my girl, we layed around the house naked on weekends quite a bit. But we wouldn't answer the door that way. (Except that time she wanted to shock the poor pizza delivery boy!)
I can't tell you what very rich people wear at home. You'll have to ask them.
Where I have always lived is the country. I refuse to live or work in the cities. Too much stress, crime, traffic and people. In the country you can breath, relax and not stress out. It's always casual and mellow in the country. I love it.
