Well, I want to give you a talk about sport. To my mind, sport is a good way to take your mind off after a hard day of studying or working. You can find your favourite kind of sport and do it! Doing sport helps you to keep fit and improve your health. On the other hand, it isn’t right to go into one sport because your body needs muscles to work in different directions.
