Александр 1 несомненно придерживался либеральных порядков. Он хотел провести многие реформы, для некоторых он даже составил план, но ему мешали консервативные слои населения. Они восприняли победу над наполеоном, как очередное свидетельство превосходство российских(консервативных) порядков, над западно-европейскими, ненужности и вредности реформ. Поэтому Александр 1 был вынужден вести их разработку в строжайшем секрете. Война 1812 года- главная причина экономического кризиса. Программный документ Южного общества был более радикален. Они предлагали ввести республиканский строй, ввести почти такие же как и сейчас права и свободы, и ликвидировать все сословия. Документ Северного общества не был столь радикален. По сути это была конституция, а следовательно они хотели вести конституционную монархию. Так же как и Южное общество они предлагали отменить крепостное право, разделение 3 ветвей власти, но при этом избирательное право предоставлялось только состоятельным людям, то есть высоки имущественный ценз. Они так же хотели отмены крепостного права
