Judging by her smile, she is probably enjoying the moment. She is wearing a tank top and what seems to be a skirt, so it's safe to assume that it is summer there and the weather is nice and sunny. Around her we can see a bunch of trees, bushes and flowers, so she must be in a park or in her own backyard.
