We live in an apartment we have neighbors neighbors. All the time it happens with smart ones. They have a child who cries all the time and he interferes with our neighborse.We have good relations but they are just noisy and sometimes it infuriates.

If I'm not mistaken, they are a large family.And their children are still small.But one, but one girl goes to first grade.And I sometimes help her with lessons.In general, I love children.But when they cry, it pisses me off.
