вопросы, в которых нам предоставляется выбор: то или другое. они довольно похожи на общие, там так же задаётся вопрос, на который можно ответить да или нет, однако, есть слова, которые мы можем использовать для того, чтоб сказать ,,и тот, и другой,,/,,ни тот, ни другой,,

например, в вопросе is Jane taking a shower or not? (Джейн в душе (принимает душ) или нет?) мы можем ответить да (yes, she is) или (no, she isn't)

а вот в вопросе do you want an apple or an orange? (ты хочешь яблоко или апельсин?) мы уже не сможем ответить ни да, ни нет. мы можем сказать:

• I want an apple - я хочу яблоко
• I want an orange - я хочу апельсин
• I want both of them - я хочу и яблоко, и апельсин
• I want neither an apple nor an orange - я не хочу ни яблока, ни апельсина
• I want either an apple or an orange - я хочу либо яблоко, либо апельсин (мне все равно, что-то из этого)
