Mountain climbing involves risk, danger and hard work. It is not only about sport, for some people it is a satisfaction of achieving an important goal in their lives. For others a way to prove their physical power and the strength of their character. The idea of achieving a top of the mountain can be very inspiring for any person. But of course this activity is not for everyone. It takes much preparation, knowledge and skill. First of all, a person should be strong and healthy, otherwise his health problems can become worse. A person should also have strong character, he must be patient, hardworking and brave. He must be ready for emergency situations such as giving first aid to anyone who is in danger. A future mountain climber should be skilled to know what equipment to use and how to do that correctly. Among the most necessary equipment there are axes, ropes, runners, carabiners and so on.
