Робко шла весна на поля. С гор тянул прохладный ветер. Ребята листали дневники наблюдений. На опытном поле они сажали кукурузу. Волновались за урожай. Дождь выбил часть посевов. Два раза пересевали юннаты отдельные участки. Шло время. Кукуруза вытянулась, налилась. На опытных делянках росли разные сорта.
