Mostly by bus because it's the fastest way to get to school.

2. How long does it take?

It actually depends on different situations. For example, if there is a big traffic jam it takes a lot more time to get there.

3. Do you often use public transportation?

As I mentioned before, I do use bus mostly as my main transportation system.

for children () for adults () respectively.

I would say yes, definitely!

But, for traveling to a other city or place I think the bus isn't that good option. I would probably use train and plane.
