Неповнолітніх не можуть засудити і посадити за ґрати, бо неповнолітня людина не несе відповідальності, замість того щоб засудити неповнолітню дитину за злочин можуть посадити її батьків або виписати штраф.
вибачай, але неповнолітню можуть посадити за грати... позбавити волі на певний строк. вона несе відповідальність. ех, почекаю, поки ще хтось відповість
